Fantastic Stock and Where to find it - Feature 9

I’ve been making a collection of some of the brilliant stock artists works that I have come across. It started off as stock I can’t provide myself so I look for other peoples so I can suggest them. The way I choose is quite odd, when I see a stock image I have an instant image in my head of what I could do or create out of that piece of stock. The image also has to be crystal clear and easily altered.

Try Something New! - Photomanipulation.Okay, we're going to try something new here to get people designing and trying out new things (hence the title). This will either be a bi-monthly or trimester challenge, depending on how well it is received.
The Challenge
This time, your challenge is to use one of the tutorials in our Photomanipulation folder to create your own manipulation:

(There are more great photomanipulation tutorials in our gallery, and these four were only selected to get you started).
So why not give it a go? There is not set theme, so literally all you have to do is create a photomanipulation. Any manipulation which you create from now until our next "Try Something New!" will be featured here, so really it's a win-win situation. You get to try a new art style, and you get a free feature!

Since my last round up many exciting things have been happening.Our team name has changed from Artists Releations to Communmity Relations and all volenteers are now known as Gallery Moderators instead of Gallery Directors.With that comes many shiny new fixtures and fittings in the shape of a snazzy new logo that has been designed by Creative $bionikdesign and `TheRyanFord and of course collectable stampies have been made too

Miscats are now on the move by both the Gallery moderators and the "Help Desk Team",and you should be seeing a difference already and reports being answered..Big thank yous go to everyone that reported miscats while we were in non movable mode.

If you have been keeping up with the Resource gallery news and #deviantartfilm updates you will already know that With the expansion of film comes film Resources,not only for film production ,software,devaintART related tutorials and stock clips for film , but for our creative and artistic needs in the form of Video Technique Tutorials.

Since I last spoke of these fabulous resources the Film Resources category itself has been re-named to Video Resources & Tutorials and to further define the video tutorials for creative and artistic processes the category itself has been re-named to Technique Video Tutorials included in this area you will find tutorials for both Digital and Traditional artistic genres.

Painting/coloring (Tutorials showing techniques in painting, markers, pencil crayons etc presented in a video format)

The same rules apply for film resources as to the rest of devainART regarding copyright material and music, and you will have to apply for a film invite to be able to submit your tutorials,but that is just a small formality and a simple process so don't let that put you off.
